As the countdown to the 150th British Open enters, a unique lighting and sound projection show was staged at the iconic The R&A Club Club Club in St Andrews on Sunday, Beijing time.
This state-of-the-art light show depicts the extraordinary development of golf since the founding of the British Open in 1860, recalling the unforgettable performances of the great golfers. Local residents of St Andrews participated in the celebration, gathering at the world-famous Old Stadium to watch a projection show and celebrate the precious history of the British Open.

It is reported that the light show is the latest in a series of special events before the kick-off of the British Open. The R&A will also host a championship celebration on Monday, July 11, a golf special exhibition at the Old Course that will showcase the world's most recognizable golfers during the 150th British Open week.
