The Provincial People's Government agrees:
Recommend Hu Kai as the director, vice chairman and director of the Guizhou Rural Credit Cooperative;
Recommended Wu Jialai as the deputy general manager of Guizhou Qiansheng State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd.;
Recommended Liu Gang as the chief accountant of Guizhou Moutai Distillery (Group) Co., Ltd., China;
Recommended Peng Jing as the chief accountant of Guizhou Railway Investment Group Co., Ltd.;
Recommended Ye Jiangmei as the chief accountant of Guizhou Water Conservancy Investment (Group) Co., Ltd.
Suggested that Ma Linbo no longer serve as the director of the Guizhou Rural Credit Union;
It is recommended that Liu Zhongjin no longer serve as the deputy general manager of Guizhou Phosphating (Group) Co., Ltd.;
Advised Li Jingren to no longer serve as the chief accountant of Guizhou Moutai Distillery (Group) Co., Ltd., China;
It is recommended that Li Tao no longer serve as vice president of Bank of Guizhou Co., Ltd.
The adjustment of the above personnel's positions shall be handled in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant procedures.
