The conflict between Russia and Ukraine is essentially the embodiment of the millennium of national contradictions between Russia and the United States-led NATO
There are four kinds of contradictions in the world that are difficult to reconcile: national contradictions, ethnic contradictions, religious contradictions, and civilization contradictions
Different countries can belong to the same people
Different ethnic groups can have the same religious beliefs
Different religious beliefs can have the same origin of civilization
The goal after any contradiction is resolved is great unification, that is, the east wind overwhelms the west wind, you live and die, either I will lead you, or you will exterminate the race.
These four contradictions are sharper than one, and one is more difficult to reconcile, as long as they transcend the contradictions of the state, there is basically a possibility of extinction.
High-level contradictions will cover low-level contradictions, that is, ethnic contradictions will most likely lead to national disputes, and religious disputes will transcend the state and the nation.
High-level contradictions can also reconcile low-level contradictions, such as european countries of the same ethnicity and religion after World War I.
Historically, there are two ways to resolve conflicts: mutual compromise and conquest
Compromise is a balanced state in which both sides of the conflict realize that the cost of conquest is too great when they are strong enough. For example, the short-lived peace between the early Han Dynasty and the Xiongnu was a compromise, but once the equilibrium was broken, it was easy to go to conquest, that is, war
Trump's previous tactics were essentially a compromise-based tactic, except that other countries had to compromise with the United States. The United States is strong enough, other countries must compromise with the United States, and China is strong enough, and the two sides test each other to reach a state of equilibrium. Therefore, Trump basically rarely uses the means of war, or mainly forces others to compromise.
At present, most of the irreconcilable wars in the world will fall into these four contradictions.
For example, in the First World War, the trigger was basically a national contradiction within the same people (Germania).
For example, in World War II, the basic trigger was the national contradiction within the same people (Germanic), but it escalated to ethnic contradictions, such as Germanic and Jewish, Yamato and Han, Germanic and Slavic, Yamato and Germanic, and so on
For example, NATO has never been soft in the whole color revolution in other countries, but the internal turmoil in its own system is well-known and double-standard, because one is of the same ethnic group or the same religion, and the other is not of our race
Religious contradictions are also evident, there is also a thousand-year war between Islam and Christianity, and even the doctrine of Islam is to exterminate pagans
Then we look back at the war between Russia and Ukraine, which is essentially the embodiment of the thousand-year feud between the Germans and the Slavs, whether it is Western Europe or the United States or Canada, it can basically belong to the Germanic people
In history, we have found that as long as Western Europe has strength, it will attack Russia, and if Russia is developed, it will march to Western Europe. NATO is to encircle the Slavic countries, and NATO cannot give up its encirclement of Russia, so NATO did not have any scruples when it started the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
At this point, we should understand Putin's words: Russia once wanted to compromise or kneel, but found that it was impossible, and the essential goal of ethnic contradictions was to exterminate the nation.
So Ukraine is stupid, Ukraine, which also belongs to the Slavs, cannot be recognized by the Germanic NATO, and people just want to use him to engage in national war within the Slavs, thereby weakening the Slavs as a whole.
Even if the Russians face NATO's step-by-step compromise, NATO will still push forward until the national surrender, such as Serbia, or the annihilation of the country. NATO is a purely military organization whose goal is to destroy the Soviet Union or now Russia.
So the Russians finally found that in the era of Gorbachev and Yeltsin, it was useless for Russia to pretend to be a grandson, and even Russia once wanted to join NATO to compromise, but people still wanted to destroy you, and finally replaced by the strongman Putin.
So it was really a national crisis, and the Russians could not have yielded, except for some internal fifth columns
The only certainty is that although the religions of NATO and Russia are different, they are of the same origin after all, so even if they are finally divided into winners and losers, they will not reach the point of extinction.
Compared with the other three contradictions, the contradictions of civilization are even less likely to compromise
What is the contradiction of civilization? For example, the Destruction of the Indians by the Germanic Peoples when they landed in North America, or the Annihilation of the Inca Empire by the Spaniards when they landed in South America, is an example of a civilizational contradiction
For example, once an alien planet is discovered in an American science fiction movie, as long as it cannot be compromised, there will inevitably be a high probability of annihilation war, which is also the embodiment of the contradiction of civilization
Civilization can also be called culture, is a historical origin, is the history of the endowed beyond the country, the nation, religion characteristics, civilization is given by history, it is difficult to indelible.
In the development of human history to the present, the two most powerful civilizations are actually Roman culture and Confucian culture, representing the West and the East, respectively.
Secondly, in nineteenth-century Europe, Marx and Engels created another cultural antagonism in terms of productive forces, that is, different "isms" now.
Unfortunately, compared with NATO and Russia, our country is a Confucian culture coupled with the influence of Marx, and it is obvious that civilization and the West are essentially absolutely opposed, which is also the biggest opposition on the earth at present
As I said before, the only solution to the contradiction is compromise and conquest
For example, Japan and South Korea are now compromised, so China and the West are culturally opposed. Confucian civilization has not always had the main goal of conquering opponents by force, so China has only two paths to follow
One is that civilization is strong enough to compromise with the other side
One is to be conquered by the other side
Let us put aside all illusions, and if Russia really fails, the next one will be China
