The 2008 Beijing Olympics and the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics I was fortunate to have covered the equally wonderful Olympic Games twice on my doorstep as an officially registered photojournalist on my doorstep in Beijing.

In order to show the wonderful events of the Beijing Winter Olympics, we are almost always up early and greedy every day, working in the front line in a state where we can only eat breakfast once a day and do not feel hungry, and the motivation stems from the respect for the profession and the pursuit of photography.

After the performance on February 20, Yusuke Yusuke shouted in Japanese from the sidelines: "Thank you."

It's not uncommon to take thousands of photos at the end of the day. In terms of the shooting of the Beijing Winter Olympics, the number of photos I take every day is about 10,000 on average, and the amount of data is more than 200 G.

The huge amount of shots taken every day also brings greater workload and greater difficulty to screen photos in post-production. In most cases, there will still be subtle differences between the few photos that are really available, such as the very small differences in facial features, limbs, clothing, etc., and where the main body is located in the photo, etc., which often requires me to repeatedly ponder and compare and view to select one. That's why every day I work in a resident hotel or media center for a long time after finishing filming.

I have been involved in ice and snow sports coverage since 2003 and have participated as a photojournalist in two Winter Olympic Games, the World University Winter Games, the National Winter Games, and a number of world-class professional ice and snow events organized by international sports organizations. The Beijing Winter Olympics have also fulfilled my "City of Two Olympics" photographer's Olympic interviewing and reporting work dreams. During the Beijing Winter Olympic Games, I worked hard against the wind and snow, broke through my physical limits to undertake more high-intensity work, felt the honor and historical responsibility of being a reporter in the host area, and did not dare to slacken off. As long as the reader can feel through my lens the spirit of the Olympic veterans and rookies in various countries constantly challenging themselves, even if this feeling is only for a moment, I feel that the hard work is worth it, and I am very happy.
