Sony hopes to expand the PlayStation Plus by adding new features and integrating PlayStation Now. Bloomberg reported on some of what Sony internally called "Spartacus" (tentatively translated as "Spartacus") in December, and foreign media GamesBeat also broke the news today. Spartacus is an upgraded version of playStation Plus and has three grades. They are currently called Essential, Extra, and Premium, respectively, although these names may change when they are officially made public. Subscription fees for these services are more expensive, with the lowest tier being $10/month and the highest being $16/month.

"PS+Essential" monthly fee of 10 US dollars, is now known as the PS Plus, players can receive a monthly free game, after the claim in the Plus membership validity period can be unlimited play.
PS+Extra costs $13 a month, offering monthly free games as well as a Microsoft XGP-like library of games, which includes hundreds of older digital versions. It seems that Sony is integrating the PS Now with the PS Plus.
PS+Premium, which costs $16 a month, not only allows players to enjoy all the privileges offered by "PS+Essential" and "PS+Extra", but also gets a "Classic Games" library and a new "Game Demo" feature. The Game Demo allows players to play the full version of the new PlayStation game, but this may have a time limit, similar to a game demo in the EA Play service.
That's the new news for Spartacus. These features may make the PS Plus look more powerful than the Xbox Game Pass (but the price comparison is a direct failure... ）。 Sony will enter the beta phase of "Spartacus" in the coming weeks, possibly announcing details of the new subscription-based service in a large live broadcast in March.
