On February 24, the reporter learned from the Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Cultural Relics that the Zhengzhou Shangdu Site Museum and the Archaeological Museum of the Zhengzhou Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology have received extensive attention and support from people from all walks of life since they opened for trial operation on December 19, 2021.
In the next stage, the feedback and suggestions collected during the trial operation will be improved and improved.
It is understood that after more than 60 years of excavation, the Shangdu site has excavated many cultural relics and unearthed a large number of bronze, jade, bone, stone, pottery and so on. The total exhibition area of the Shangdu Ruins Museum is about 5500 square meters, including the prologue hall, 4 basic exhibition halls, thematic exhibition halls and temporary exhibition halls. Among them, the ground is a 2 to 3-storey building, with exhibition halls, laboratories, and cultural relics restoration offices; There are 2 floors underground, mainly cultural relics warehouses and equipment rooms.
