Recently, the Jiangxi Provincial Federation of Trade Unions issued a notice on the naming of the construction of provincial staff bookstores in 2021, and the Nanchang locomotive maintenance section of the "Zizi Study" was awarded the "2021 Ganpo Most Beautiful Staff Bookstore".
With a construction area of 260 square meters, nanchang locomotive section is the first study in cooperation between Nanchang Municipal Library and state-owned enterprises, which is included in the general branch library system of Nanchang Municipal Library, and has the unique advantage of borrowing and returning book resources with the municipal library.
There are more than 80,000 paper electronic books in the library, and readers can use their ID cards to enter the study room to borrow books, learn exchanges, cultural experiences, enjoy self-service borrowing, scanning and downloading and other reading services, and support the development of various cultural activities.
"Zizi Study" is an important project for the Nanchang locomotive service section to do practical things for the masses of workers, the study room has a reader service area, paper reading area, leisure reading area, electronic reading cultural and creative area four functional areas, the use of reading booth, electronic cultural and creative platform, electronic reading books and other intelligent equipment, to meet the diversity of employees and readers of spiritual civilization and knowledge and cultural needs, for employees and readers to create a high-quality platform for obtaining knowledge, enhance cultural literacy, to create a good atmosphere of the south machine of books.
In order to enrich the construction of corporate culture and build the "Zizi Study Room" into a cultural activity position for employees, the Nanchang Locomotive Maintenance Section has made every effort to promote the management and use of the bookstore, highlighted the main position of ideological education for employees, and relied on the advantages of municipal library resources to open a special study area for Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era and a special study area for the construction of clean government. Soft bag benches and reading tables are placed in the electronic reading area, and activities such as regular reading sharing meetings, party building learning, and reading salons are held.
Since its opening in October last year, the "Zizi Study" has served nearly 20,000 readers, successfully held 16 book clubs, lantern puzzles and other activities, a total of more than 600 participants, which has well stimulated the enthusiasm of employees and readers to read and insist on reading, and has punched in the hearts of many staff readers.
