Wang Peng, a native of Hui County, Xinxiang, Henan, is currently a deputy inspector and associate researcher of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Hunan Province, and an outstanding theoretical talent of the "five batches" of the propaganda system of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee.
