Although Huishi was very eloquent, he was unable to argue with Zhuangzi. "The Getaway" is a masterpiece of Zhuangzi's thought. Whenever Zhuangzi talked about it, Huishi always challenged him. Huishi cheered up his spirit and said, "The King of Wei gave me some seeds of a large gourd, and I planted it and grew a gourd. The gourd is big enough to hold something heavy with five stones. But with it to fill the water, I can't move; cut it open to hold the water, this scoop is big and flat, how to hold the water? No way. I had to smash it. What do you say it can do? ”
After listening to Huishi's "gourd" theory, Zhuangzi knew that this was for "The Getaway", so he sighed and said, "You, you are not good at big things." Since there is such a big gourd, its buoyancy must not be small, why don't you carry it, as a boat, it can carry you to the rivers and lakes, how good. At the end, he did not forget to carry a sentence: "You only have a humble mind, pedantic and narrow-minded."
Huishi went away, and came to the door a few days later. He saw Zhuangzi pruning the branches, came to inspiration, and said quietly: "I have a tree with a thick trunk, but the texture is not good." The twigs were crooked and crooked, and no carpenter wanted to use it as a material. Big and useless things are always going to be abandoned. ”
Zhuangzi sighed and said, "It's a pity that you have a tree so big that you can't use it." If only I could read and chant in the shade of a tree, or simply get a good night's sleep, and I didn't hear 'it's cool under the tree'? ”
Zhuangzi's wife died, and Huishi went to mourn, but saw Zhuangzi squatting there and banging on the basin and singing. Huishike was really angry and said, "With the people, the eldest son, the old man, the body is dead, it is enough not to cry, and it is enough to drum and sing, not even so!" "In today's parlance, you're just too unsympathetic. However, Old Mr. Zhuangzi was actually able to say a reason: Life and death are like the changes in spring, summer, autumn and winter, but I am sad about it, is it not the destiny of heaven?

In that year, Wei Xiangtian needed to die, and the King of Wei urgently summoned Huishi. Huishi received the edict, and before he could say goodbye to Zhuangzi, he immediately got up and went straight to Da Liang day and night, preparing to take over the post of Xiangguo. Huishi was anxious to remember the affairs of the King of Wei and the State of Wei, and as a result, when crossing the river, he lost his foot and fell into the water. Due to Huishi's poor water quality, he was fluttering in the water one by one, and he was about to sink to the bottom of the water, and the situation was very critical. At this moment, fortunately, a boatman came and rescued Huishi from the water, saving Huishi's life.
The boatman asked Huishi to get on the boat and asked, "Since you don't know how to get on the water, why don't you wait for the boat to come?" ”
Huishi replied, "Time is tight and I can't wait. ”

Huishi said, "I'm going to Wei to be prime minister. ”

He smiled at Huishi and said, "Looking at the way you just fell into the water, poor Baba will only cry for help, if I hadn't come, I'm afraid I wouldn't have been able to save my life." Huishi listened to the boatman's words and was very angry, and he said to the boatman very unceremoniously: "When it comes to rowing and water, of course I can't compare with you; but when it comes to governing the country and stabilizing society, compared with me, you can probably only be regarded as a puppy that has not even opened its eyes."
