According to the announcement, the operating income of Kexiu Semiconductor in 2021 was US$887 million, an increase of 39.5% year-on-year, the gross profit margin was 43.6%, the research and development expenses accounted for 10.4%, and the operating profit margin was 22.7%.
Among them, semiconductor test and inspection system equipment accounted for 61%, parts accounted for 37%, PCB detection system accounted for 2%.
According to geographical location, Chinese mainland accounted for 24%, the Philippines accounted for 17%, Taiwan accounted for 10%, the United States accounted for 9%, and Malaysia accounted for 9%.
Kexiu Semiconductor said that the company's performance was greatly affected by the new crown epidemic and Sino-US trade tensions, and product demand began to recover from the second half of 2020 and continued until 2021. In 2021, the company's performance is nearing record levels in demand for device testing 5G, Wi-Fi 6 and ultra-wideband devices, data centers, personal computers and automotive semiconductors and sensors.
