When pursuing its foreign policy, South Korea should reach a more balanced posture between China and the United States in order to generate the attraction of economic and other aspects to win cooperation between China and the United States.
That is to say, he believes that if South Korea shows an extreme anti-China posture in the Sino-US confrontation, then South Korea will be unilaterally used by the United States and thus cannot be closer to China diplomatically.
But to be honest, South Korea is basically dependent on the United States militarily, and it is also deeply influenced by the United States economically. Whether the ROK is pro-China or not, it will not change the situation in which the ROK government is at the mercy of the United States in its diplomacy. Moreover, under the circumstance that the military alliance between Japan, the United States, and South Korea continues to deepen in the future, it will be difficult for the relations between China and the ROK to achieve comprehensive friendship. Only when South Korea is freed from U.S. military hegemony can South Korea choose an independent foreign policy.
In other words, Koreans do not need to get excited when they see the costumes of Chinese Koreans, and some Korean experts should stop plagiarizing Chinese culture. After all, a cultural thief + hegemonic vassal is absolutely not worthy of respect!
