From 20:00 on February 17 to 20:00 on February 18, there was light to moderate snow in parts of central and eastern Inner Mongolia, western and southern Xinjiang, eastern Tibet, eastern Qinghai, Gansu, Ningxia, central and southern Shaanxi, central and southern Henan, southern Shandong, Anhui, Jiangsu, northwestern Zhejiang, northwestern Jiangxi, Hubei, northern Hunan, northwestern Guizhou, and eastern Chongqing, of which there was heavy snow (5 to 9 mm) in parts of southeastern Gansu and Hexi and southwestern Shaanxi. There is light to moderate rain in most parts of the southern part of the mainland, of which heavy rain (25 to 35 mm) is in parts of eastern Hunan, central Jiangxi, northern Fujian, southern Zhejiang, and northeastern Guangxi. There are 4 to 6 winds in central Tibet, central and eastern Qinghai, eastern Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, northern North China, and northern Jiangnan. There are 6 to 7 winds and 8 gusts in the eastern and southern seas, of which the gusts in some parts of the Taiwan Strait can reach 9.
