Li Yang, chief of the first section of supervision of the Logistics Monitoring Department of Kashgar Customs in Xinjiang, introduced that the batch of goods is the first cross-border e-commerce goods declared for export in southern Xinjiang in the mode of "cross-border e-commerce export overseas warehouse (9810)", since February 26, 2021, the first cross-border e-commerce business in southern Xinjiang has been successfully declared in Kashgar Comprehensive Insurance Zone, cross-border e-commerce retail exports (9610), cross-border e-commerce bonded exports (1210), Four types of cross-border e-commerce enterprise-to-business exports (9710) and cross-border e-commerce export overseas warehouses (9810) have been implemented in southern Xinjiang.

In order to ensure the smooth customs clearance of goods, Xinjiang Kashgar Customs took the initiative to carry out cross-border e-commerce overseas warehouse model policy interpretation to enterprises, arranged for business backbones to guide enterprises to complete the first declaration according to the declaration elements, and arranged customs officers to be on duty at the business site for 24 hours to provide all-weather services for enterprises to ensure that declaration, inspection, release and other business links are seamless.
