Foreword: Speaking of the Mausoleum of the First Emperor of Qin, I believe that many people are very shocked by the countless funerary items in it, which is also a miracle in human history. In the history of the mainland, in fact, there is a tomb that can be compared with the Mausoleum of the First Emperor of Qin, but in its excavation process, it was found that it was stolen by several waves of tomb thieves, which also made the number of funerary items of this tomb extremely reduced, but it has to be said that even so, it is also a very luxurious tomb, this tomb is the "Tomb of the King of Lü Surname".
Farmers selling golden harnesses raises suspicions
The discovery of this ancient tomb is actually very related to a farmer, who brought a piece of gold to the antique market for sale, but the age of this gold product looks very old, but it is also very rare and precious, which also makes the antique dealer very suspicious, so it is directly reported to the relevant cultural relics department.
When the cultural relics department arrived, it also found the uniqueness of this gold product, which is an ancient horse harness called "thrift", which is generally not made of gold. The "savings" sold by farmers are made of pure gold, with a gold content of 99%, which also shocked experts.
Farmers initially said that this "saving" was an ancestral treasure in their homes, but after questions from experts, they found that there were many more strange places. Under the continuous persuasion of experts, the farmer finally told the truth, it turned out that this "saving" was dug near his house, because the decoration and maintenance needed some soil, after digging nearby, he found this object and wanted to exchange money, but he did not expect to cause so much trouble.
Experts discover luxurious tombs
The experts were also very happy after listening, because this kind of object was generally excavated as a funerary object, which also shows that there should be a tomb near the farmer's home. Experts rushed to the farmer's area to investigate, found a tomb, and decided to excavate the tomb.
In the process of excavation, the experts are very sad, the reason is that there are many robbery holes around the tomb, the robbery cave is not in the same period, that is to say, this tomb, since ancient times, has been stolen and excavated. This also makes the number of cultural relics unearthed in the early excavations very small, of which there are few cultural relics left in the no. 1 and No. 2 burial pits.
The subsequent excavations were not very smooth, and in pits 3-6, some pottery and bronze tools were unearthed. At the same time, the figure of the egg even appeared in the tomb, but because it was not well preserved for a long time, the inside had all dried, and only the eggshell remained. However, after analysis, experts have analyzed that these eggs are from the Han Dynasty period and also belong to the funerary products, not left by tomb robbers in the later period.
The owner of the tomb, Ho Xu Ren also
The tomb is divided into a total of 36 funerary pits, and among these burial pits, except for the more serious damage to pits No. 1 and No. 2, the other burial pits are still very well preserved. It also contains cultural relics such as carriage and horse travel, and the "savings" found by farmers are found in this type of funeral pit. In addition, there are different funerary pits such as animals, musical instruments, ceremonial guards, and sacrifices.
Through the cultural relics excavated from the tomb, it can be concluded that this ancient tomb is a tomb of the Western Han Dynasty, which also has the words "Lü DaguanYin" and "Lü Daxingyin" and other seals, so experts have verified that the owner of this tomb is Lü Tai. His status is relatively special, first of all, he is the nephew of Lü Hou, and secondly, during the reign of Lü Hou, this area was also enfeoffed as the State of Lü, and Lü Tai was the first king of the State of Lü.
In summary: a lot of gold products have been excavated in the tomb, 19 pieces of bronze chimes have also been excavated, the whole tomb is very grand, and many items in the funerary pit are relatively well preserved, which has high historical research value.
