Recently, Maserati officially announced that the car will be officially released on March 22, and released a set of low-camouflage pictures of the model.

In terms of appearance, the front face of the new car adopts the classic grille shape of the Maserati family, and the huge trident logo in the middle is very conspicuous. On both sides of the grille are the "glowing" headlights, which look quite imposing, but after all, the positioning is still lower than levante, which is not so domineering in comparison. From the side, the car has very beautiful lines and a certain tilt at the C-pillar, which is quite a bit of a sneakback car, and the red calipers in the tires also better reflect the sporty style of the car. The rear of the car adopts a bilateral four-out exhaust design, which is matched with the spoiler on the roof of the car, with a strong sporty attribute.
It is reported that Grecale's positioning in the Maserati family is under levante, or it is from the same platform as Alfa Romeo Stelvio, which may indicate that the car will be directly benchmarked against the Porsche Macan in terms of positioning. On the power side, Maserati is expected to offer petrol, hybrid and all-electric versions. The hybrid version and the fuel version may use four-cylinder engines and six-cylinder engines equipped with mild hybrid technology, respectively. In addition, Maserati has officially confirmed that a higher-positioned version of the Gregale Trofeo will also be launched in the near future.
According to previous plans, this new Maserati car was supposed to be launched on November 16, 2021, but due to the global shortage of car chips, the date was repeatedly postponed, and it was not officially announced until recently.
