Due to the first attempt, the production process was not easy, and Tsai Binglie was not satisfied with the completion of the first work, and he quickly made adjustments to re-produce it. The kung fu paid off, and he finally made a cute porcelain plate "Ice Pier" in just over a day, and a cute and playful gray version of "Snow Melting" in one day.

Zhang Jianrong, a senior in college this year, is a visual communication design student and a native of Raoping, and he recently came to pay homage to Cai Binglie for his graduation project to learn the craft of ash and porcelain inlay. Previously, Zhang Jianrong filmed the process of Cai Binglie's mascot making a video and posted it online, which received a lot of likes. "I am very happy to see that the teacher uses traditional intangible handicrafts to make the mascot of the fire, which can not only cheer for the Olympic Games, but also help the intangible handicrafts to spread better." Zhang Jianrong said.

It is worth mentioning that in February this year, Raoping County announced the second batch of county-level intangible cultural heritage representative projects, and 37 projects such as inlaid porcelain craftsmanship and ash casting craft were successfully selected. The catalogue aims to further enrich the intangible cultural resources of Raoping County, inject new vitality into the inheritance and protection of raoping county's intangible cultural heritage, and lay the foundation for Raoping County's next application for the list of provincial and national intangible cultural heritage projects.
