The location of Shenquan Fish Market is on the side of Shenquan Fishing Port in Huilai County, every fishing season, Shenquan Fish Market will be crowded, the scene is hot, not only local merchants, but also many Zhejiang, Fujian, Shenzhen, Hong Kong merchants come here to buy. Shenquan Fishing Port has developed into the largest seafood trading market in eastern Guangdong.
With the approval of Guangdong Province, the shenquan first-class fishing port in Huilai County will be upgraded and built into a demonstration fishing port in Guangdong Province. Chaozhou wood carving originated in the Tang Dynasty and was first applied to ancestral halls or household utensils throughout Chaozhou. Its author is Chen Defeng, the representative inheritor of Chaozhou wood carving, a provincial intangible cultural heritage project in Guangdong Province. From learning art from teachers to setting up factories, Chen Defeng's fate with Chaozhou wood carving has been nearly 30 years.
