In fact, the fetus into the pelvis does not mean that it will give birth immediately, into the pelvis means that the baby's head has entered the pelvic bone, generally the first time the mother into the pelvis 2 to 3 weeks after the birth may be delivered. First-time women generally enter the pelvis at 36-38 weeks, but some women do not enter the pelvis until they are about to give birth. If it is a menstrual mother, it will be later, generally before giving birth.
Is there any special feeling after entering the basin?
Pregnant mothers will feel their big belly go down, obviously feel that the uterine floor has declined; will feel that the stomach is not against the stomach and lungs, breathing smoothly, appetite is much better.
After entering the basin, pregnant mothers will also have some normal physiological phenomena:

After the fetus enters the basin, the symptoms of pseudo-contractions will become more and more obvious, this contraction is irregular, the stomach will be tight and hard, sometimes there will be a feeling of falling, generally at night will be more obvious, and the change of position will usually subside. When you find that your stomach is tight and hard, and you feel obvious pain in your stomach, the interval is about 5-7 minutes, and the duration of each contraction is more than 30 seconds. You should go to the hospital immediately, it may be that the baby is about to give birth.
Of course, not all fetuses will enter the basin, which is inseparable from the baby's fetal position, only the head position can enter the basin, and the hip position or transverse position is impossible to enter the basin.
In addition, the fetal head may not always be able to enter the pelvis downwards: the pelvis is not correct, and when the fetal head and the pelvis are asymmetrical, they cannot enter the pelvis.
In the face of the delay in the fetus into the basin, pregnant mothers do not have to worry too much.
When the pelvic and fetal conditions of pregnant women are normal, they should cooperate closely with the doctor, and the fetal head will also be deformed into the pelvis due to the squeezing of the uterine contraction after childbirth, so that the vagina can still be delivered smoothly.
If the examination reveals that the fetus is not in the pelvis for pathological reasons, prepare for caesarean section.
Premature rupture of membranes and amniotic fluid may occur if the fetus does not enter the pelvis, in which case the bed should be lying down and the hips should be raised and immediately sent to the hospital to avoid umbilical cord prolapse and accidents in the fetus.
