Between me and the ice pier, there was only one flower lamp

On the fifteenth day of the first month, the lights are on!

"Flower market lights up like day"

"Fire Tree Honeysuckle"

"A thousand doors open and lock a thousand lights"

"Flower Lantern Hundred Team Walking Children"

"The east wind blooms a thousand trees at night, and the stars are like rain"

……

The Beijing Winter Olympics and the Lantern Festival meet each other.

Wen Maojun, who was interviewed in Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province, could not see the Qinhuai flower lanterns in Jiangsu and missed it very much.

If you let the top net red ice pier on the light, what lights will it put on? Among the licensed goods of the Winter Olympics that have been sold out, there is an "ice pier lamp".

A paper carved palace lamp stitched together by several pieces of paper looks inconspicuous. In fact, it has a lot to offer. Believe it or not, I'll put it together and show it to you!

Suddenly, it was found that between me and the realization of the freedom of the ice pier, there was only a distance between assembling a palace lamp.

"Top Stream" ice piers on lights

Before assembly, it is a few pieces of red paper engraved with snowflake patterns and traditional auspicious ornaments; after assembly, it is a hexagonal double-layered lamp with Chinese knotted tassels, which is very festive and festive.

There are a total of 4 types of paper carved palace lights for the Winter Olympics licensed goods, and this "ice pier" is one of them. In addition, there are ice fun Winter Olympics, Xiangrui Winter Olympics and "snow melting".

The whole paper carving palace lamp is divided into five parts: lamp cap, upper lamp holder, lamp body and lower lamp holder, and the production of paper carving palace lamps requires a total of 18 manual procedures.

This paper carved palace lamp is an innovative combination of the two intangible cultural heritages of the Gaocheng Palace lamp in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, and the Weixian paper-cutting in Zhangjiakou, and also draws on the principle of traditional Chinese architecture, which is very convenient for disassembly and assembly.

Today, Wen Maijun also teaches everyone to recognize two place names:

Gǎo (gǎo) city

Yù County

Wei County is a county in Zhangjiakou. An interesting episode is that although the Mandarin accent is the fourth, the locals of Zhangjiakou love to pronounce it as the third and enthusiastically teach the wenmai jun to read yǔ.

"The City Lamp on Earth"

"The Big Dipper in the sky, the lantern on earth." Gaocheng Palace Lantern is a famous intangible cultural heritage in Hebei.

Lantern making began in the Han Dynasty and has a history of more than 2,000 years. The Lantern of Gaocheng is called "Palace Lantern" because of its tribute to the court.

The earliest palace lamp workshops in Gaocheng can be traced back to the beginning of the establishment of the Eastern Han Dynasty. At that time, the first empress of Liu Xiu, the Emperor of Han Guangwu, Guo Shengtong, was a native of Gaocheng. She organized the craftsmen in her hometown and set up various handicraft workshops, and the products produced were exclusively used in the palace and military camps, of which the lantern workshop was in Tuntou Village.

For thousands of years, more and more artists have participated in the production of palace lamps, and the scale has become larger and larger, forming a production and sales area centered on Tuntou and radiating the surrounding townships and villages, which is collectively known as "Gaocheng Palace Lamp" by the outside world.

Therefore, Gaocheng Tuntou Village is also known as "the first village of Palace Lights in China". At present, Gaocheng has built two palace lamp museums in Tuntou Village and the urban area, as well as a palace lamp assembly workshop, and the surrounding villagers are responsible for assembling palace lamps.

The lanterns of Gaocheng Palace have oval shapes, but also have four corners, hexagons, and octagonal shapes. Most of the screen patterns are dragon and phoenix, fushou longevity, auspicious ruyi, etc., with delicate and intricate decorations. The traditional Gaocheng Palace lamp is illuminated with oil lamps or candles, and the red silk cloth is as thin as yarn, transparent and red, and the wind cannot be extinguished.

During the Lantern Festival, every household is illuminated with lights, and big red lanterns are hung high, symbolizing reunion and red fire.

The "Frozen" of vernacular paper-cutting

Between me and the ice pier, there was only one flower lamp

The "Frozen" of Weixian paper-cutting has begun as early as Beijing holding hands with Zhangjiakou to bid for the Olympic Games.

Weixian paper-cutting is actually engraving paper. The small and sharp carving knife cuts through the thin rice paper, and then ignites it with bright and brilliant colors, and the whole paper-cut composition is simple and full, the shape is vivid and vivid, the color contrast is strong, and it has a strong local atmosphere.

It is mainly based on yin carving, supplemented by yang carving, and heavy color point dyeing, which is unique in the national paper-cutting forest.

In 2014, WeiXian's paper-cut work "The Great American Winter Olympics" helped bid for the Winter Olympics and was given to the International Olympic Committee as a national gift.

In 2018, in the "Beijing 8 Minutes" performance at the closing ceremony of the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, the huge paper-cut work "Meet the Great Wall" was stunningly unveiled.

In 2022, at the welcome ceremony before the opening ceremony of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games, in the linkage link of the ten cities, a huge paper-cut paper of Weixian County appeared in Zhangjiakou Dajingmen Square.

At the opening ceremony, the entrance-style pacesetter costume adopted the Paper-cut pattern of Wei county, the Peace Dove children's costume was inspired by the image of the Chinese New Year painting doll, and the Chinese New Year's festive and auspicious "leap on paper".

The torch of the Beijing Winter Olympics "flies", with the auspicious cloud pattern "base", from bottom to top from the auspicious cloud pattern gradually transitions to the paper-cut style snowflake pattern.

The traditional Chinese paper-cut flying flower is flying into thousands of households and flying to the world in a silent international language.

The Beijing Winter Olympics is a sports event,

It is also a cultural event.

The competition on the field is gripping,

The meticulous details of regional culture are also a glimpse,

It also leaves a rich Olympic cultural heritage.

Left hand inheritance, right hand innovation,

"Together to the future"!
