On the morning of the 14th, the "Tongyue Study Room" of the Yihe Branch of Luoyang Children's Library was officially unveiled, which is an exclusive space created for children aged 0 to 18 in Luanchuan County, allowing reading to enrich children's lives.
Yihe Branch Library "Tongyue Study Room" covers an area of nearly 500 square meters, with a collection of more than 6,000 books, realizing full self-service lending services, and more than 20 general branch libraries of Luoyang Children's Library. At the same time, the library, together with the Luanchuan Terracotta Branch and the upcoming Miaozi Branch, forms the service network of Luoyang Children's Library in Luanchuan, providing a platform foundation for children's reading in Luanchuan County.
According to the relevant person in charge of Luoyang Children's Library, the "Tongyue Study Room" created by the library and the kindergarten is a new experience for the expansion and linkage of the provincial, municipal and county public cultural service networks, and a new attempt by social forces to participate in the public cultural space.
Although the space of "Tongyue Study" of Yihe Branch Library is small, it realizes the inheritance and promotion of excellent traditional culture, children's development education, leisure exchanges and other diversified content and book resource services without docking, combines public culture with a better life, provides more reading promotion services for children and teenagers, introduces high-quality cultural resources from provinces and cities into Luanchuan, allows more books to accompany children's growth, and sows the seeds of reading in the young minds of children and young children.
