After the merger of two driver's licenses, will driving a motorcycle violate the law, will it affect the car?

In fact, regardless of whether the car driver's license and the motorcycle are merged, the two will affect each other, and the most direct impact is the deduction of points.
Once a owner with a C1 driver's license drove a motorcycle, and after being caught by the traffic police, he deducted 24 points. The reason is: 12 points for driving without a license + 12 points for unlicensed driving.
