█ Overhaul and handling during the machine:

Check whether the side bracing ring rotation is flexible, whether it is worn, whether there is a flying flower, whether the yarn stop pin and the main drum spacing are 0.5 mm, whether the trachea is leaking, whether the centralized oil supply is leaking oil, whether the tubing is damaged or bent, whether there is flying flowers accumulated inside the control box, confirm whether the height error of the comprehensive frame is within 2 mm, whether the exhaust pipe of the filter is unobstructed, whether there is a flying flower on the pinion pinion, whether there is a yarn head on the bevel gear shaft of the opening device, whether the screen eye on the oil filter is blocked, whether there is a yarn head on the prayer transmission and loose warp shaft, Whether the wire insulation sleeve is damaged and whether the clearance of the brake is correct. Grease the nozzle, the tooth surface of the open gear and the chain, and check the heald frame and heald frame guide plate for wear.

█ Half-year overhaul and treatment:

It is necessary to check whether the winding yarn is clean, whether there are yarn marks and scars on the main drum and pin drum, whether the inside of the yarn stop pin assembly is dirty, whether the open wire rope is elongated or damaged, whether the rebound spring is damaged, and whether the bearing of the open wire rope connection seat is worn. Whether the tension of each belt is appropriate, whether there is damage, whether the sensor is working normally, whether the transmission gearbox, the coiling gearbox, the feed gearbox to replace the lubricating oil, the removal of iron filings on the open cam box magnet, whether the filter screen is blocked, whether the steel reed is stained with dirt, whether the wind speed value is normal, whether the wear of the down hook U-shaped shaft lining is within 2 mm, whether the main nozzle conduit is bent, whether the roller chain is elongated, whether the planetary gear tooth gap is normal, whether the wear of the planetary barrel seat lining is within O.5 mm, Whether the wear of the planetary barrel shaft is within 0.5 mm, whether the wear of the planetary barrel shaft lining is within O.5 mm, whether the auxiliary nozzle is scratched or bent, whether the scissor device is oiled, and so on.

█ Overhaul and handling in one year:

If the screws on the main nozzle foot are loose, the screws need to be tightened again.

█ Overhaul and handling at two years:

Whether the reeling roller, pressure roller and rough rubber are worn, whether the wear of the warp shaft warp part is within 0.3 mm, whether the performance of the buffer is reduced, whether the nylon shaft lining and the buffer guide pin column are worn, whether the auxiliary nozzle is dirty, whether the scissors device on the yarn supply side can correctly cut the weft yarn, whether the yarn stop pin assembly has wear or not, whether it is within 0.5mm, whether the wear of the warp part of the rolling roller is within 0.5 mm.

█ Overhaul and treatment at three years:

Whether the solenoid valve lubricating oil is insufficient and whether the coiling roll rotates flexibly.

█ Overhaul in seven years:

Including bearings, oil seals, gears, cams, bushings, yarn stoppers, main motors and frames, openings, warp feeds, winding, weft storage and maintenance of related parts.

【2】The content and precautions that each institution needs to preserve after long-term use of the loom:

█ Main drive part:

After the long-term use of the loom, the oil seal of the crankshaft housing of the drive part needs to be replaced.

█ Opening part:

Cam open arm bearings, wire ropes, regrinds, and rejoin arm bearings need to be replaced.

█ Synchronous toothed belt replacement, oil filter cleaning.

█ Clean the reed regularly.

█ Length measurement and weft storage drum drum internal parts replacement, yarn stop pin internal parts replacement, encoder cleaning.

█ Main nozzle cleaning, filter cleaning, cleaning and repair of solenoid valves and regulator valves, inspection and configuration of trachea.

█ Maintenance and replacement of servo motors, overhaul of buffers and replacement of internal parts.

█ Check the coiling brake rollers, chains, tensioners, adjustment pins and replacement, friction plates, and disc maintenance and replacement. Inspection and replacement of rough rubber.

█ Check and replace stranded planetary gears, barrel bearings, yarn guide arm shafts, couplings.

█ Check and replace the weft detection cable.
