1, Sun Shangxiang - weakened

After lowering the damage of a skill, Sun Shang still retains the heat of T0, and the winning rate can reach 52.19% in the case of the debut rate of 33.8%, and the winning rate is the second in the overall shooter, which is obviously in an unreasonable range.
When the two-skill armor penetrates, the burst damage will be reduced. It may have little effect on shooters and mages, but the damage to the front tank is definitely not as high as before, and it is cooled down again.
2. Sima Yi - Strengthen
The passive effect of the second skill is changed from a spell damage regeneration returned in 5 seconds to a return within 2 seconds.
Take the example of taking 1000 mana injuries, the previous 5 seconds restore 500 health, 100 health per second. 500 HP is restored in 2 seconds after adjustment. Reply 250 per second, which is 2.5 times more efficient than reply per second.
After two consecutive times of strengthening general attack damage has been reduced, Sima Yi's winning rate in the top ranking has dropped to 47.73%, and after this strengthening, the strength of Sima Yi in Zhongdan will be improved.
3. Shield Mountain - Weakening
The effective range of the two skills is reduced by 50 points.
After Shield Mountain had undergone a semi-redo, it still couldn't get out of the little black room. At the 91.16% ban rate of the peak race, it is difficult to see the figure of Shield Mountain.
After this weakening, the range of shield mountain's two skills becomes smaller, and the corresponding 2 flash range with flash is also smaller, reducing the ability to open the group, and testing the shield mountain player's grasp of distance and increasing the difficulty. However, the mechanism remained unchanged, and it was still difficult for Shield Mountain to escape from the small black room.
4. Xi Shi - Weakening
Increases the cooldown of one skill by 3 seconds.
Xi Shi has actually been a seriously underrated hero, a low-cost and high-reward means of opening a group, just like an enhanced version of Zhang Liang. Restrictions on bulky tanks are better than many mages and auxiliaries.
In the top ranking, Xi Shi is already a T1 mage, with an appearance rate of 14%, and even a ban rate of 13.85%. After a skill cooldown increases, Xi Shi players need to be more cautious about the release of skills, and also reduce the pressure on Xi Shi in terms of confrontation.
5. Bian Que - Strengthen
Base Movement Speed increased to 360, and Passive Imprint increased friend healing by 10%.
Bian Que's basic movement speed is the lowest grade in the entire King's Canyon, and for a hero without displacement, it is obviously already behind. Compared with Yang Yuhuan's high winning rate and Cai Wenji's high appearance rate, Bian Que, who is also a healing mage, urgently needs to be strengthened.
The increase in movement speed increases bian que's support speed, and the increase in healing increases the team's combat ability.
6. Patrol Axe & Giant's Grip - Weakened
Patrol Axe passive fire damage reduced by 20 and deceleration by 20. The Giant Grip slows down by 20 points and the damage doesn't change.
Looking at the heroes in front of the current winning rate list, almost all of them are heroes who can produce purple knives, and heroes such as Mi Yue, Shen Mengxi, Meng Qi, and Agudo have high returns. After weakening, the damage and slowdown of the purple knife are reduced, and the strength is reduced.
6. The breath of ice
Passive-Freeze changed from 20% slowdown for 2 seconds to 10% slowdown for 3 seconds, and passive-frostbite cooldown increased to 5 seconds.
The adjusted slowdown effect of the Breath of Ice will be difficult to trigger the frostbite effect if it is not combined with the deceleration skill, and it takes up to 5 seconds to cool down to trigger a 400 damage that greatly reduces the cost performance. Coupled with the weakening of the Giant's Grip, it is possible for the Breath of Ice to return to the sewers.
I think that after the Giant's Grip has weakened, its coupling to the Breath of Ice has decreased, and the 5-second cooldown is a bit too long.
