On February 10, the Department of Transportation of Henan Province issued the Second Public Participation in the Environmental Impact Assessment of the Lankao-Taikang Section of the Lankao-Shenqiu Expressway.
According to the public information, the starting point of the project route is located in the northwest of Buchang Village, Guying Town, Lankao County, Kaifeng City, connecting to the G1511 Rilan Expressway, and ending at the west of Fucaolou and connecting with the S32 Yanluo Expressway, with a total length of 112.15km, and the route is generally in a north-south direction. The project has a total of 1269m/1 special bridge, 2250m/10 bridges, 1372m/25 small and medium-sized bridges, 67 culverts (including 9 interchange main lines), 14 interchanges (including 6 hub interchanges and 8 service-oriented interchanges), 5886m/23 interchanges, 8398m/82 separate interchanges, 149 channels (including 19 interchange main lines), 8 ramp toll stations, 2 service areas, and 2 maintenance areas. The total investment of the project is 14,101,930,100 yuan.
On both sides of the project construction site, residents or groups that may be affected by the project. The main matters for soliciting comments are environmental issues that are of concern in the construction and operation of projects (involving land requisition and demolition, property, employment, etc., which are not related to the project's environmental impact assessment, are not included in the solicitation of comments).
