Hao Jianwei has been in the industry for 17 years.
His father is a carpenter, but also help people to build houses, Hao Jianwei often followed his father to the construction site when he was young, plus his father would draw some simple drawings when he was a child, imperceptibly, he had a strong interest in painting, and the university chose the art design major of Yunnan Academy of Arts. During college, Hao Jianwei will use the vacation to intern in advertising companies, home improvement companies and landscape companies, and at the same time, he has a certain understanding and understanding of the design industry, and after graduation, he entered the design industry and applied for a job in an architectural planning and design institute.
But after working in the design institute for nearly four years, Hao Jianwei found that holding an "iron rice bowl" was too comfortable and lacked an upward motivation, so he resolutely left his job to go to a private enterprise that could better exert his personal enthusiasm and potential, and worked as a program manager in a decoration company. At that time, the decoration design industry was booming, Hao Jianwei's workload was very large, often staying up late and working overtime, "At that time, the pressure was very high, and the workload of one year was comparable to the workload of some ordinary companies in 2 to 3 years." Hao Jianwei said that from the architectural plan to the indoor space, from the project to the whole case design, hospitals, hotels, office buildings, various types of projects have been done.
In 2010, Yunnan Keda Construction Group Co., Ltd. established the Yunnan National Architectural Planning and Design Institute, Hao Jianwei was invited to serve as the dean, and formed his own team, focusing on the design of hotels and some commercial complexes.
As a designer, the projects involved are all over the place, Hao Jianwei believes that different altitudes, locations, climates, determine the local humanities and architectural styles, especially Yunnan has many ethnic cultures, regional characteristics are very obvious, relatively speaking, the extraction of these elements will be richer and easier. "According to these local characteristics, we extend to the design, the same design, different designers have different understandings and understandings, the method of extracting elements is not the same, but in the end it is to be expressed in the space, bringing guests a different feeling from other places." He said, "This is true in the province, and it is also true outside the province, and there are some unique customs, humanities and architectural characteristics throughout the country, and if you master these characteristics, the things designed can be well integrated into the local area." ”
After so many years of experience, Hao Jianwei has not only made achievements in the profession, but also has his own thinking in managing enterprises and teams, "The core competitiveness of a team should be positive and enthusiastic." ”
The short board of management can be said to be the common short board of most technical designers, how to unite the hearts of team members and stimulate the potential of everyone, Hao Jianhua thought for a long time, "I think as a leader, when managing the entire team, you need to find a balance point, or to have a rule that convinces everyone, which can balance everyone's income, but also give everyone the space to create and develop, so that they have a sense of achievement and belonging, so as to focus on the collective." ”
Designers are a profession without free time, not to mention that Hao Jianwei is still a business manager, and he can spend less time at his disposal, but as long as he has time, Hao Jianwei will take his family and children to travel around the world. He laughed.
Reporter: What is your design philosophy?
Hao Jianwei: I think it may be more appropriate to summarize the design idea. No matter what kind of project, I will determine the design idea of this project according to the positioning of this project, as well as the appeal of Party A, and the analysis and judgment of the market. In the final analysis, design still has to return to nature, with a reverence for nature, strengthen some communication and exchange between the environment and people, in order to grasp the space design. I think that the integration and harmony of man and nature will be a trend of future design, which can be presented according to the environment, geographical location, from architecture to interior design to later lighting design, soft decoration, etc.
Reporter: Will it be too superficial to lead trees, bamboo, or some small scenes indoors? Because the fusion of man and nature cannot be expressed by a tree or a pole of bamboo.
Hao Jianwei: I think these are also a kind of return to nature, but that was some of the techniques of a long time ago, a superficial way of expression. Space has life, connotation, in addition to the introduction of nature, from the expression of the technique can have some art decoration, there are some natural elements, as well as the mechanism of materials, or some sense of distance, etc., in order to evoke a kind of vision of nature or produce a collision. It can also add some humanistic elements and some forward-looking lifestyle guidance. We feel that it should be such a direction, back to nature, back to authenticity.
Reporter: What do you think is the focus to grasp in the design?
Hao Jianwei: I think it should be to find a balance. For different projects, after designing, they should have their own characteristics in the local area and play their own roles, which can be both integrated and prominent. First of all, it is not that the more money is spent on the project, the better, the budget must be controlled. Secondly, its urban culture should be well coordinated with the relationship between the surrounding areas. Good design can not only make people feel different, but also have cultural connotations, and each perspective in the space can bring different feelings to guests, and even collide with people's thoughts. Design is actually a process of continuous learning, just like practice, the symbiosis of various truths, all kinds of things, how to integrate in the whole design, depends on the designer's continuous accumulation and understanding.
Reporter: Now there is a word called space emotional expression, how do you create space emotions in design?
Hao Jianwei: Each space has its own expression and emotion, carefully grasp the function, layout, and moving line of each space, then this space is not just a superficial thing, but can communicate psychologically and resonate, then its emotions will follow the design. In terms of design techniques, the first is that the functional layout should be reasonable and comfortable, which is a major premise. Secondly, in terms of form, it can be rendered through color, texture of materials, lighting, and the layering of light and shadow. There are also some furnishings and decorations that will also bring an emotional experience to each space. The purpose of each space is different, the emotion it wants to create is different, and the sense of substitution and experience is also different.
