At present, we have achieved the goal of 346 million people on ice and snow, and the ice and snow resources throughout the country have been transformed into ice and snow culture and ice and snow economy, so that "cold resources" have heated up, and ice and snow resources must become a new driving force and new engine for promoting economic development.

First, seize the New Opportunities for the New Development of the Cultural and Creative Industry Driven by the Winter Olympics. The preparation of the Beijing Winter Olympics ushered in a golden period of rapid development for China's ice and snow industry. Third, step up the layout of ice and snow tourism projects and expand the consumption of ice and snow tourism. At present, there are 654 standard ice rinks and 803 ski resorts in the country, an increase of 317% and 41% compared with the successful bid for the Winter Olympics in 2015. In the 2020-2021 snow season, the number of ice and snow tourists nationwide will be 230 million, and the income of ice and snow tourism will be 390 billion yuan.
