Bai Yu Toad also stressed that whether the Dao Fa was spiritually experienced or not had a great relationship with its own internal cultivation. "If you don't cultivate, you won't be possessed." Because the general is the messenger of the mage, if he is not possessed, then the purpose of communicating with the gods and men cannot be achieved by practicing fasting. Many people in today's Daomen do not have a good understanding of this problem, and when holding the Ritual ceremony, they only pay attention to the beautiful and skillful movements on the outside, and the pleasant sound of the music, but ignore its fundamentals and practice Kung Fu internally.

When the master of the High Gong Recited the Mantra in the altar and stepped on the melodious Sound of Taoist music, everyone felt the charm of Taoist culture through their own vision and hearing, but when admiring the richness and profundity of Taoist culture, people could not use their senses to recognize the secret kung fu of the Taoists in the practice of science and ritual. In Zhang Tianshi's view, "jing" is "the other body of the Tao", "being a fine car", "the gods become qi and carry the camp of the human body", "the ancient immortal treasure essence is born, and the present person loses his sperm and dies". As a master of internal cultivation and health, the Zhengyi Mengwei Dao founded by Zu Tianshi is characterized by the idea of rebirth, so in the Taoist science instrument, the internal refining requirements for the high gong practitioner are very high. Without the support of its own internal cultivation, even if you chant the mantra according to the practice process book, the effect is almost zero.

In the "Forty-Eight Poems of Jin Dan" by the Void Jing Tianshi, it is written: "In the meditation and burning incense, the thought must be described by oneself, born of lead in mercury, the change end is made by the fire dragon, the two eight Mo words are frequently mined, and the first and third are also used to rush with bitterness, and there is a road to the heavens, and the dust can be traced to the red pine." ”

The "mindfulness" here can be understood as "remembering and not forgetting", and it can also be understood as the continuous silent recitation of mantras or scriptures in cultivation. The silent recitation of the mantra scriptures is the form of "inner fasting" of the Taoist ritual. Therefore, it is said that the rune has no right form, and the spirit is spirited by qi. Those who know this, things can contain qi, and mud pill sedge can also help people. ”

Whether it is a book of spells or a trick, it must be based on internal refining, requiring the master to meditate on the dynasty, keep it and not lose it, and if it is accumulated for a long time, it will become a holy fetus. Those who learn the Tao should constantly and continuously spit out the chaotic qi, absorb the fresh breath, watch and listen, and collect the ancestral qi to give birth to the holy fetal Dharma body, so that for themselves they can enter the door of eternal life and long-term vision, and for others, they can play the role of manifestation and tranquility.
