Meditation Sharing Series (7) The Illusion of Time

Meditation Sharing Series (7) The Illusion of Time

In order to give you a deeper understanding of the rules of time, I will use a model to explain to you. This model is called the "parallel orbital model", which is a concept that I invented myself, but it is not made up randomly, but I have summarized it on the basis of the cultivation data. In the terms of writing, it is a metaphor.

Parallel track model

Imagine that there are 100 orbits in the universe, each of which is a parallel space-time, and in every space-time there is a you, numbered from 1 to 100. Your spiritual energy at No. 1 is only 1 point, and you in this time and space are very bad; your spiritual energy on No. 50 is 50 points, and your life is not bad or bad; your spiritual energy at No. 100 is 100 points, living a heavenly life. It is such a law that each track corresponds to a different mental energy of you, and each of your quality of life corresponds to a corresponding score. The energy of the mind can be understood as the degree of joy in your heart, the worse the mentality, the worse life, the more peaceful and joyful the mentality, the happier life.

Then the 0th you (the real you) appears, and the 0th you psychic energy is changing at any time, and the score jumps between 1 and 100. A new day begins, with 100 orbits advancing synchronously and 100 parallel time-space lives simultaneously playing out. The moment you just got up, you remember having a good dream, in a good mood, and the mental energy score jumped to 60. So, you at 0 crossed into orbit 60 and merged with you at 60.

Next your mother wakes you up and has a nice breakfast ready. In the process of eating breakfast, you accidentally bite your mouth and bleed, your mood is a little chagrin, and the mental energy becomes 20. Unconsciously, you have crossed to orbit 20. On this track, you forgot to bring your wallet when you went out, and when you walked to the bus stop, you realized that you couldn't take the bus to work, and you felt very depressed.

The place of work is not far from your home, and it is okay to walk past it. In the process of walking, you find that the flowers on the side of the road are very bright, and you are in a good mood at the moment, thinking that it is good to walk to work. So unconsciously, you cross into orbit 70. At this time, the object of your crush suddenly greets you behind your back, and you are surprised to find that she is also walking to work today, so you have said and laughed all the way. Before you walk to the work unit, your psychic energy jumps to 90 points, and you have crossed to track 90. The crush suddenly blushes and hands you a letter and then quickly leaves. Back in your seat, you sneak a peek at the letter and are pleasantly surprised to find that it was a confession letter from the other party.

In the process, you also go to work on other tracks. On the 1st, you accidentally fell and went to the hospital during the rush; on the 30th, you also missed the shuttle and stepped on the glass during the walking; on the 50th, you calmly walked to the unit, and nothing happened; on the 65th, you met a colleague who was driving to work during the walk, and took you for a ride... These all happened synchronously, but neither you (the real you) at number 0 experienced it.

Parallel Tracks and "Consciousness Creates Reality"

If you have a rough understanding of this model, we might as well go back to the theme of "consciousness creates reality." "Consciousness" here refers not only to your inner thoughts and thoughts, but also to your emotional feelings, so I prefer to understand it as "mentality creates reality". To use the above model to give another example: you have just returned to work and you have been called to the office by your boss, who says that the client is not satisfied with the design you submitted yesterday and asks you to redesign another plan. You obey the arrangement and return to your seat to prepare a new plan. From this moment on, the follow-up to several tracks is something like this:

On the 10th, you are extremely depressed, only to sit down in the seat and loudly scold the customer, just when the customer and the boss passed together, the customer was very dissatisfied with your attitude and proposed to terminate the cooperation. In order to retain customers, the boss decided to fire you.

You are dissatisfied with the 50th, but you do not show it too much, and reluctantly redesigned another version and submitted it. An hour later, your boss tells you the client accepts, and you finally breathe a sigh of relief.

At the 80th, you seriously redesigned, you just built a new project on the computer, the boss suddenly came to you and said no need to change, it turned out that the customer saw the wrong version of the program, they were very satisfied with yesterday's version.

You've just returned to your seat at number 0, what are you going to do? Is it to immediately swear and grin to act? Or do you want to calm down your mind first? You are wrong no matter what you do on number 1, and you are right no matter what you do in number 100. Do you think it's important to do things, or is it important to adjust your mindset (choose the right track)?

That's it for my model of parallel tracks. This model can explain "consciousness creates reality" and "the present moment creates the past and the future." I think it doesn't matter if this model is the truth or not, if it can help you understand the above two concepts more easily.

If you can understand this model of parallel orbits, you will know why it is so important to live in the moment. Because the future is uncertain, it has countless versions, the past is also uncertain, it will also have countless versions. As for which parallel track we go to and which version we go through, it depends on our current state of mind. We jump on many tracks at every moment, and if we can maintain a relatively stable and peaceful state of mind in each moment, then we are in a relatively high score orbit most of the time, and our life experience on these tracks will not be too bad.

As long as we keep our hearts pure, no fears, no expectations, and let nature take its course, we are already creating our own lives. Meditation is not a false concept, it is really capable of influencing our lives. You must have your own personal experience to be able to believe in such a law.

The future is determined by the present, and the future is not terrible

"Not living in the present" is a source of annoyance, because everyone has a victim concept, thinking that the future is uncertain, we may encounter unknown harm, and we have to make a lot of preparations for the future. We often wonder, once there is a problem with so-and-so, what should I do? In such fear, many things are done anxiously. The old saying "think of danger in times of peace" is often over-interpreted, and some people pay a lot of attention to the fear of the unknown in the future. I conceived of many scenes of my own persecution, and then prepared for each victimization scenario. According to the law of "consciousness creates reality", these bad things will not happen, but because they have repeatedly imagined these things, they are created in reality. For example, a person is very healthy, but always worry about whether they are suffering from a certain disease, the more they worry, the more likely the body is to have problems.

When we realize that the future is created in the present, then we will be much more at ease, as long as I live my life in the present, my future will naturally not be too bad. To be able to have such a level of consciousness, you have reduced yourself a lot of tossing. You know that you are a creator who can determine your quality of life, and you don't have to do a lot of things you don't want to do for fear. On the contrary, because of your peaceful state of mind, your future will be more comfortable.

In fact, if you do a lot of preparation for fear, you can easily verify the face-slapping phrase "plans can't keep up with change." Your preparation is ineffective and even counterproductive. In fact, the so-called plan cannot catch up with the change, and it is also a reality created by the fear mentality. Because you're worried that something will go wrong in the future, and as a result, there will be really a problem in the future. It doesn't matter what you prepare during this period, as long as the mentality is not right, everything you do is useless.

In this regard, I will give you an example, which I have really encountered in my life. One year my dad wanted to dry some rice noodles at home—that is, to wet and ferment some rice, then break it into a very fine powder, and finally dry it. My dad was worried that the dust in the city was heavy and the rice noodles from the sun were not clean enough. He took it back to the balcony of his hometown in the countryside to dry. As a result, on that day, the neighbors in the countryside burned garbage on a whim, and the garbage dust soiled the rice noodles, which made my father very depressed. When my dad told me about it, I knew that this was what my inner wisdom had taught me: doing things in fear would be punched in the face.

Now to sum up the mind realm's view of time: the past and the future are illusory and uncertain, so don't focus too much on the past and the future. The correct mentality towards time is this: don't think about the past, don't fear the future, and live in the present. Only the present moment is real, and as long as we can live well in the present, our future will not be too bad. When we refer to the present moment, we specifically refer to the present moment, which is every second of the moment when you are aware of your breathing.

Don't be afraid of uncertainty about the future and force yourself to do something tiring. In fact, the unknown is not necessarily a bad thing, the accident is an unknown, the surprise is also an unknown, we often see the accident in the unknown, and there will be surprises in the unknown. As long as we adjust our mindset in the present, there will be more surprises than surprises in the future.

Many people do not understand this extent when they say to live in the present, they think that the future is uncertain, so they overdraft their health and money in advance, and live a life of irresponsibility and indulgence that is irresponsible to themselves, which is a broken jar and a broken mentality. Essentially, it is a victim mentality, thinking that there is no way to control the future. If we know the truth about time, we know that we can create our own lives by adjusting our mindset. We can do what we love with peace of mind and let the future go with the flow. Maybe the life you're living isn't the success the world thinks it is, and as long as you live with peace of mind, that's enough.
