6 cities in our district have once again been rated as national sanitary cities

On February 9, it was learned from the Autonomous Region Health Commission that 6 cities in our region were once again rated as national health cities and praised by the National Patriotic Health Office.

It is understood that according to the relevant assessment management measures and standards of the national health towns, the National Patriotic Health Office organized experts to review the national health cities (districts) that entered the review procedure in 2021, and conducted spot checks on the results of the review of the national health townships (counties) reported by various places, and Baotou City, Chifeng City, Tongliao City, Ordos City, Ulanqab City and Xilinhot City in our district were once again rated as national health cities. The Patriotic Health Council of the Autonomous Region has achieved remarkable results in consolidating the work of the national sanitary city, and has achieved outstanding results in the review and has been commended by the circular.

The circular pointed out that the results of the review and spot check show that all localities attach great importance to the creation of sanitary towns, and after obtaining the honorary title of national sanitary towns, continue to promote the comprehensive and in-depth development of health creation, improve the long-term management mechanism of urban health, strive to solve the prominent problems affecting the health of the masses, continuously strengthen the comprehensive management of urban social health, consolidate and develop the achievements of the creation of national sanitary towns, and play a typical exemplary role. Especially since the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the patriotic health campaign has been continuously deepened, laying a solid environmental foundation for epidemic prevention and control and creating a good social atmosphere.
