NetEase Leihuo demanded that the defendant pay more than 5.64 million yuan for the game share and the corresponding liquidated damages of more than 90,000 yuan, and after a civil ruling, the case decided to freeze the assets of Guangzhou to the network for more than 5.73 million yuan, and the trial was held in public in early April.

Founded in 2010, Guangzhou Distribution Network's main business is game publishing, but also involves game development and engine development departments, which have been listed on the New Third Board. According to Game Daily, the founder of Guangzhou Distribution Network once served in NetEase, and then cooperated with NetEase on a number of products.

As early as October 2019, the two sides signed a cooperation agreement on "The Coast of the Land", "Datang No Hands-On Game Edition", operating on the platform distributed to the network, and when Guangzhou Distributed Network released a new cooperation announcement in July 2020, the products cooperated by the two sides included 10 models: "The Coast of the Land", "Datang No Hands-on Game Edition", "Pro Evolution Soccer", "Fantasy Journey to the West 3D Edition", "Live: The Gathering of the King", "Live Club", "Fantasy Journey to the West", "Rights and Disputes", "Shadow Poems" and "Shadow Poems" and " Werewolf Kill".
