Founded in 2010, Guangzhou Distribution Network's main business is game publishing, but also involves game development and engine development departments, which have been listed on the New Third Board. In July 2021, Guangzhou Distribution Network issued an announcement that the undistributed profit at the end of 2020 was negative, and the business transformation had not found a business direction, and in November last year, it was terminated due to illegal letters.

According to Game Daily, the founder of Guangzhou Distribution Network once served in NetEase, and then cooperated with NetEase on a number of products.
