1． Tender conditions

1.1 The project design / bid section of the resettlement site on the northwest side of Jiajiacang Town has been approved by the Strategic Research Bureau of Chengdu Eastern New Area with Sichuan Investment [2112-510186-04-01-840452] No. FGQB-0392, the project owner is Chengdu Jianzhou New Town Investment Group Co., Ltd., the construction funds come from state investment - non-government investment, the proportion of project investment is 100%, and the bidder is Chengdu Jianzhou New Town Investment Group Co., Ltd.

The project has been qualified for bidding and is now open for bidding.

1.2 The bidding organization form of this tender project approved by the Strategic Research Bureau of Chengdu Eastern New Area (the approval document number for bidding matters is Sichuan Investment Reserve [2112-510186-04-01-840452] No. FGQB-0392) is entrusted bidding.

The total construction area of the project is about 90,000 square meters, and the supporting road area is about 0.25 million square meters, and the construction content includes housing construction projects, road engineering, general leveling projects, landscape engineering, decoration and decoration projects, installation projects, public service supporting facilities, energy access supporting facilities and other related ancillary projects.

2.4. Scope of bidding:

Including program design, preliminary design (including design estimate preparation), construction drawing design and post-service and other design work.
