Fuzhou City has Ziming Line Drama (Fuqing), Langqi Shoulder Top Drama, Minghe Fist, Fuzhou High-rise Rice Noodles, Fuzhou Ornamental Goldfish Cultivation Technique, Yiyao Qingbai Porcelain Traditional Handicraft Technique, Mountain Grape Vine Weaving And Making Technique, Fuzhou Classical Furniture Making Technique, Fuzhou Meat Swallow Making Technique (Yihai), Chicken Soup And Sea Mussel Making Technique, Fuzhou Ancient Steamed Fish Swallow Making Technique, Lianjiang Lianlian Sweet Potato Roasting Brewing Process, Century-old Hongjia Tea Black Tea Making Technique, Chinese Herbal Medicine External Treatment Method (Shanggan Lin's Traditional Chinese Medicine), Zhou's Laryngology External Treatment Method, She's Medicine Hammer Plate Beating Therapy, 19 projects, such as fuzhou nine festival customs, flower dynasty festival traditional customs, Luoyuan water palace temple fair (overheated), etc., were selected into the list of new projects; Fuzhou horn comb making technology (drum tower, Minhou), Fuzhou wood carving (Minhou) and other 2 items were selected as the first batch to the sixth batch of provincial intangible cultural heritage representative project list expansion projects.
The reporter learned from the Intangible Cultural Heritage Department of Fuzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism that as of now, Fuzhou has 94 representative projects of intangible cultural heritage at the provincial level and above (including 16 at the national level), and in the next stage, Fuzhou will continue to consolidate the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, further improve the intangible cultural heritage protection system, and enhance the soft power of Fuzhou's urban culture.
