It is reported that before the "May Day" holiday this year, there will be 7 "emergency charging cabins" in the high-speed service areas of Jinan, Qingdao and other places in Shandong.
In recent years, with the rapid growth of electric vehicle ownership, the problem of "charging difficulties" on holiday highways has become increasingly prominent. During the "Eleventh" period last year, there was even a scene of "charging for 1 hour and queuing for 4 hours" in some high-speed service areas in China.
To alleviate the problem of "charging difficulties" on holiday highways, it is a good solution to configure "emergency charging tanks". Before the Spring Festival holiday this year, the State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company chose to set up "emergency charging cabins" at three high-speed hotspot charging stations in the Tai'an Jiguang Expressway Dongping Service Area, Weifang Shouguang Expressway Service Area, and Binzhou Wudi Expressway Service Area. This is also the first batch of "emergency charging chambers" put into operation in high-speed service areas in the country.
On February 10, the reporter learned from Shandong Lusoft Digital Technology Co., Ltd., a research and development manufacturer of "emergency charging cabins" located in Jinan High-tech Zone, that during the Spring Festival holiday, three "emergency charging chambers" located in dongping, Wudi and Shouguang service areas charged 760 times for electric vehicles, charging 11,000 kWh, charging general users for 30 minutes, with an average charging capacity of 30kW and an endurance of about 250 kilometers.
Liu Lei, deputy general manager of The Smart Energy Branch of Shandong Lusoft Digital Technology Co., Ltd., introduced that the "emergency charging chamber" is the first in China, using a movable square cabin, flexible maneuverability, with 360kW high-power intelligent load distribution charging function, the maximum output power of a single gun is 180kW, which can be 50% more efficient than high-speed ordinary chargers.
It is reported that the length of the "emergency charging chamber" is about 5 meters, covers an area of about 13 square meters, equipped with 6 output ports can charge 6 vehicles at the same time, the power cord adopts a fast interface, can quickly deploy rapid applications, equipped with night lighting and infrared video surveillance functions, real-time detection of charging problems, SDK access to the vehicle network platform, support WeChat, Alipay scan code payment is simple and convenient.
In Liu Lei's view, the "emergency charging cabin" mainly solves the emergency vehicle charging needs, and its application scenarios can be used in scenic spots and large-scale activities in addition to high-speed service areas. During non-holiday periods, the charging chamber can be moved to locations such as high-heat charging stations in urban areas, and can also be used as temporary piles to meet the charging needs of important customers. Liu Lei revealed that at present, the company is developing and producing the second generation of "emergency charging chamber" in Jinan Suncun Factory, and the human-computer interaction of new products will be more friendly.
According to the plan, this year, State Grid Shandong Electric Power will be equipped with an "emergency charging chamber" in 10 high-speed service areas in Jinan, Qingdao, Zibo, Weifang, Jining, Linyi, Dezhou, Tai'an, Binzhou, Rizhao and other places. Before the Spring Festival, 1 "emergency charging chamber" has been configured in the Tai'an Dongping Service Area, Weifang Shouguang Service Area, and Binzhou Wudi Service Area for pilot operation, and the remaining 7 "emergency charging chambers" will be completed before the "May Day" holiday.
The "emergency charging chamber" can effectively alleviate the problem of "charging difficulties" on holiday highways. At present, power companies in Beijing, Hunan and other places have also called to inquire about equipment details, and recently began to contact the pre-project, and the "emergency charging chamber" program is expected to be promoted in the national high-speed service area.
