Bloomberg reported on Feb. 10 that the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) said it had sued Tesla for racial discrimination in its California factories.
Last year, two female employees sued Tesla, accusing the Fremont factory of having a "hostile work environment" for women. A jury in a court in San Francisco ruled in October that Tesla would have to pay $137 million (about 900 million yuan) for turning a blind eye to racial discrimination suffered by former African-American employees at the company.
