Bao Jianping, who lives in Guanying Town, Anding District, Dingxi City, Gansu Province, is a member of the high-speed rail migrant train, he has been engaged in the assembly line production of electronic components in Fuzhou electronic factory, in previous years, he and his co-workers bought tickets together to ride to Fuzhou, carrying large bags and small bags of luggage, and reversing on the way was very troublesome.
During the Spring Festival, he learned from the village cadres the news of the opening of the special train for migrant workers, and he was happy for a long time, so he reported his name in the village for the first time, packed up his bags in advance and waited for the arrival of the train day.
"This is a good thing that the party and the government have done for our migrant workers, we don't have to spend money to buy tickets, the town sent a car to take us from home to the railway station, took a high-speed rail special train directly to Fuzhou, the factory sent a bus to take us from Fuzhou Station to the factory, the work is also arranged, very intimate!" Bao Jianping said.
In order to do a good job in the opening of the high-speed rail migrant train, the Passenger Transport Department of China Railway Lanzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd. actively docked with the Dingxi Municipal Labor Service Office and other departments, detailed understanding of transportation needs, scientifically formulated the transportation organization plan, Longxi Railway Section according to the number of passengers and the train start time, in advance for the migrant workers to apply for substitute tickets, optimize and improve the process route of migrant workers in the station and boarding links, the use of soft isolation from the station entrance to the platform for migrant workers to open up a "green channel", "one-stop" temperature measurement into the station 3.
