【North Water Release Site】Located in the west of Beifangshui Village, Gaochang Town, Tang County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, with an area of about 110,000 square meters, the North Water Release Site is one of the six controlling cultural relics protection projects in the Hebei section of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. In this area, nearly 300 relics such as ash pits, ash ditches, earth pit tombs, urn coffins, and housing sites were found, and nearly 50 relics were recovered. The remains belong to the three periods of the First Shang, the Eastern Zhou Dynasty and the Western Han Dynasty, with the Pre-Shang Period as the mainstay.

In March 2013, it was listed as a national key cultural relics protection unit. Now it is surrounded by crop fields, and the Wenbao Monument is near the Gaoyang Bridge. #Ruins ##保定头条 #
