How chaotic the Russian-Ukrainian border is, the United States has the final say. Why? Not to mention the recent series of incitement moves by the US government, a group of experts in us think tanks are also playing up the possibility of Russia and Ukraine starting a war everywhere. Although the current situation on the Russian-Ukrainian border is indeed tense, the two sides still have room for negotiation, but in the eyes of American experts, Russia may "invade" Ukraine tomorrow morning.

U.S. expert: Russia will invade Ukraine as early as tomorrow, Zelenskiy: Don't stir up trouble anymore

According to the latest report of the Global Network in recent days, White House National Security Adviser Jack Sullivan previously clearly pointed out in an interview with the media that the possibility of Russian troops invading Ukraine in recent days is very large, and Sullivan said that the Putin government is likely to launch a conflict "at the cost of huge casualties" to solve the border problem. In addition, Sullivan also mentioned in the ABC program that although Russia has repeatedly denied that the movement of its own troops is related to potential conflicts on the border, if war breaks out, Russian troops will inflict heavy damage on Ukraine in a short period of time, but at the same time, the United States will respond quickly and make Russia pay a corresponding "strategic price".

On the other hand, a Pentagon official said that Russia has gathered nearly 70 percent of its military forces on the border, and can fully deploy them as early as the middle of February, in short, the initiative of the war is firmly in Russia's hands, and Putin can choose to launch an "all-out invasion" of Ukraine at any time.

Over the past month, the U.S. government has been sending out various "warning signs" to the outside world, first issuing a travel ban, then asking the staff of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine to evacuate quickly, and finally letting its own officials go around revealing that Russia has gathered a large number of troops on the border, all of which have been interpreted by the outside world as "Russia is about to fight."

At the same time that the United States continues to warn the outside world, Ukrainian President Zelenskiy has also expressed his position. According to local media reports in Ukraine, Ukrainian President Zelens said on the 7th that the possibility of Ukraine resolving tensions with Russia through a series of diplomatic channels is still far greater than the possibility of "war" between the two sides. On the other hand, Mikhailo Podoriak, an adviser to the Ukrainian president, also made it clear at a press conference that the Ukrainian government, after a true assessment of the current situation, came to the following conclusion: The Ukrainian government will give priority to resolving the contradictions between the two sides through diplomatic channels, rather than further escalating the conflict.

In the past half a month, the Ukrainian government has been sending various friendly signals to the outside world in order to dilute the panic brought by the United States to the people, while on the other hand, the Putin government has been denying the "Russian invasion of Ukraine" in the mouth of the US government, and at the same time constantly emphasizing the threat of NATO's eastward expansion to Russia's borders.

Judging from the responses of Russia and Ukraine, the two sides still do not want to solve the problem through war, want to ease the contradictions through peace negotiations, and may still have some way to go, at least to pass the United States.
