1. Scope and categories of solicitation

Reflecting the major historical events that occurred in the course of revolution, construction and reform carried out by the People of Zhangzhou under the leadership of the Communist Party of China in 1919 to the present, the Chinese Communist Party of China has led the people of Zhangzhou to carry out major historical events, or relevant historical materials and physical objects showing the battles and work of important party historical figures.

2. Solicitation methods

For particularly precious historical materials or physical objects that I want to personally preserve, I can donate copies (prints) of them, or I can return the originals after being copied (printed) by the exhibition party.

(3) Escrow and storage

The provider of historical materials, physical objects, etc. signs an agreement with the exhibition party, and without changing the original ownership, the exhibition party will properly keep and display the exhibition on behalf of the exhibition party, and issue an honorary certificate to the provider.

3. Solicitation Requirements

1. The donor or provider of historical materials and physical objects shall ensure the historical authenticity and legality of the historical materials and physical objects, and if there is a legal dispute with a third party, the exhibition party shall not bear any responsibility.

2. The donor or provider needs to provide a brief explanation of the historical information, the source of the object, the circulation experience, the back story, etc., and sign or seal the description.

3. The donor or provider shall accompany the donated or provided historical information and physical objects with a text introduction, including the formation time, the material of the object, the events or characters reflected, etc.

4. The collection of historical materials and physical objects shall be directly delivered and couriered by courier, and if it is inconvenient to send them, the exhibition chen fang will send special personnel to the door to accept the donation.

4. Collection time

This announcement is the centralized collection time from the date of publication to August 31, 2022, and then transferred to the regular solicitation.
