In 2009, 13-year-old Ying Qing registered with Shanghai Xuhui Yu Sports School in the athletics 100-meter hurdles and started his sports career. In 2011, she entered the Shanghai Athletics Youth Team and in 2012 she joined the Shanghai Athletics First Team. "I've seen it on the track and field field when I was an athlete, and I was a little shy, but I felt very hard, fierce enough." Hu Chengjiang, an athlete who once trained at the same venue as Ying Qing, said.
In 2015, Ying Qing was 18 years old, practicing hurdles for four years, and his dream was to compete in the Olympic Games like idol Liu Xiang and win glory for the country. However, she should have followed the path of an athletics athlete step by step, and ushered in an important turning point of her own - "cross-border cross-discipline selection".
Bobsleigh (bobsleigh), also known as luge, originated in Switzerland, developed from bobsleigh, is a collective snowmobile, can be steered on the ice track of the sport. In the first Winter Olympic Games in Chamonix, France, in 1924, snowmobiles were listed as official events.

In the winter of 2015, Ying Qing took up the challenge and went to Shenyang Sports Institute. 60-meter speed test, force assessment of throwing shot put before and after, explosive consideration of long jump... Ying Qing felt quite good about the snowmobile and stood out in training.
Switching to the winter snowmobile project gave Ying Qing a higher stage talent. In less than two years, she began to make a name for herself at home and abroad, qualifying for the 2016-2017 World Bobsleigh Championships in Germany and reaching the final.
In the first National Snowmobile Championship and Pyeongchang Winter Olympics Test Event in 2017, she won the women's singles and doubles trolley races and the women's two-person car skating competition, which was very eye-catching.
At the 2017 King Lake Snowmobile World Championships in Germany, Ying Qinghe Mayuan represented the Chinese team in the double snowmobile competition, and finally reached the final and completed the debut of the Chinese Snowmobile World Championships with a result of 20th place, which was undoubtedly a great encouragement for the Chinese snow team, which was only one year old at that time.
At the World Championships at the beginning of 2019, Ying Qing and teammate Tan Yinghui not only reached the final, but also achieved a good result of 13th, and the results rose steadily. In the same year, she won the gold medal in the women's single snowmobile race at the 14th National Winter Games with a time of 1:59.62. This gold medal is the first gold medal won by the Shanghai delegation in the fourteenth winter!
At this Winter Olympic Games, Ying Qing, a snowmobile athlete transferred from Xuhui District, was successfully selected into the Chinese sports delegation and will participate in the women's single snowmobile and double snowmobiling events.
