The leadership team of the center, the main responsible persons of various departments and the head coaches, leaders and officers of various sports teams attended the meeting.
The meeting was conducted in the mode of special reporting in different time periods, and the head coaches of 15 winter sports teams in our province, such as the biathlon team, the short track speed skating team, the speed skating team, the cross-country skiing team, the freestyle skiing aerial skill team, etc., focused on the basic situation of the team, the 14th winter target task, the 14th winter preparation situation analysis, the 14th winter preparation training plan, the echelon construction plan, the provincial event system construction opinions, the 15th winter team planning and the problems that need to be solved one by one. The participants communicated on the preparation training, service guarantee and long-term planning, and put forward specific requirements for the next step of the preparation work.
Kong Xiangrui, the main person in charge of the Winter Games Center, stressed that all sports teams should further clarify the objectives of the fourteenth winter task, scientifically improve the training plan for each stage of summer training, adhere to the scientific training principle of "three from one", continue to strengthen physical fitness, and cultivate excellent quality. Focusing on the "elite military strategy", the key athletes who undertake the task of the fourteenth winter gold medal/medal implement the "three complete" requirements: fully understand the opponent's information and the latest policies, fully carry out targeted training, and do a good job in service guarantee work throughout the process.
This scheduling meeting effectively solved the problems of some teams in the use of training equipment and venues.
