Urumqi Station continues to deepen the creation of the "Pearl of the Silk Road" service brand, focusing on solving the travel problems of special key passengers, placing green ribbons in the real-name ticket verification, station entrance, and ticket window, and providing one-stop services for key passengers with green ribbons.
Major railway stations in Korla and other major railway stations in Xinjiang have dynamically opened ticket windows while updating the ticket gate system and adding a function to support the verification of electronic temporary ride identity certificates, effectively improving traffic efficiency and reducing personnel gathering.
Party member commandos have been set up at Hami Station and Kuitun Station to answer inquiries for the elderly, off-grid passengers and other key groups in the waiting room and ticket hall during peak passenger flow hours.
Strengthen the organization of transportation and ensure the transportation of civilian biological resources
During the Spring Festival and holidays, Xinjiang Railway focuses on ensuring people's livelihood and bulk material transportation, implements accurate scheduling and command, increases investment in cargo transportation capacity, and fully meets the transportation needs of key materials related to the supply of thermal coal and the international people's livelihood.
Combined with the production and sales of upstream and downstream enterprises and the needs of holiday inventory, the Xinjiang railway department visited key enterprises in advance to find out the production and transportation plan, coordinate the staggered peak holidays of enterprises, and work together to stabilize production, ensure transportation, reduce fluctuations in transportation caused by holidays, and achieve a stable increase in average daily loading.
During the Spring Festival, Alashankou Station and Khorgos Station focused on ensuring the safety of inbound and outbound cargo transportation, strictly implemented the epidemic prevention and control measures in the territory, cooperated with relevant departments to comprehensively disinfect railway port equipment, goods, vehicles, containers and bills, and made the Central Europe (Central Asia) train operation safety customs, which played an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and industrial chain supply chains in countries along the "Belt and Road".
During the Spring Festival holiday transportation period from January 28 to February 6, Xinjiang Railway achieved 10 consecutive increases in single-day loading, and on February 6, it created a new historical record of 10,880 vehicles loaded in a single day.
