On February 7, the second phase of the Envision Power Battery Manufacturing Base project started in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. The project will produce the latest generation of high-quality power battery products, with a planned production capacity of more than 15GWh, and be completed and put into operation in 2023.
In addition to Wuxi, Envision is also building a 20GWh energy storage and power battery production capacity and industrial chain ecological project in the world's first zero-carbon industrial park "Envision Ordos Zero Carbon Industrial Park", which will provide power batteries for more than 30,000 electric heavy trucks every year and provide energy storage battery products with more than 10GWh.
At present, Envision Power has laid out 7 production bases and a number of R&D and engineering centers in China, Japan, the United States, France and the United Kingdom, and is expected to have a global production capacity of more than 200GWh by 2025.
