In October last year, Zhang Ruifeng received an invitation to participate in the opening ceremony of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics. At first, I thought it was the opening ceremony of the ceremony, but I didn't expect to pass the national flag as one of the representatives, and Zhang Ruifeng was particularly looking forward to it. Because of his busy schedule, he did not come to the scene until February 2, the last full-element rehearsal.

Zhang Ruifeng was the deputy secretary-general of the Zhangjiakou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and the secretary and director of the Party Group of the Municipal Poverty Alleviation Office.

Zhangjiakou is the main battlefield of poverty alleviation in Hebei Province, as a poverty alleviation cadre, Zhang Ruifeng from the study of poverty alleviation policies, from the village into the household research, from the planning of poverty alleviation projects, a comprehensive and systematic review of the city's poverty alleviation of weak links, shortcomings and weaknesses, give full play to the role of staff assistants. Under his influence and leadership, Zhangjiakou has trained an iron army of poverty alleviation that understands poverty alleviation, can help, and has a hard style, and has conquered one "fortress of poverty" after another.

In 2021, the Zhangjiakou Municipal Poverty Alleviation Office was rated as an advanced collective in poverty alleviation in Hebei Province by the provincial party committee and the provincial government, and in 2021, it was rated as an "advanced collective in the national rural revitalization (poverty alleviation) system" by the National Rural Revitalization Bureau, and Zhang Ruifeng was personally rated as an "advanced individual in national poverty alleviation".

In July 2021, after serving as the party secretary of the Zhangjiakou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, he used the five months before the opening of the Winter Olympic Games to concentrate on tackling tough problems and focusing on providing a solid livelihood guarantee for the preparation of the Winter Olympic Games and local development.

In December last year, Zhang Ruifeng was transferred to the Zhangjiakou Media Reception Station as the deputy commander of the 2022 Zhangjiakou Media Reception Station.

Returning to Zhangjiakou from Beijing, Zhang Ruifeng threw himself into his work with full enthusiasm.
