Only one Chinese women's table tennis player competed in the women's singles quarterfinals, with Zhang Rui playing against Chen Siyu. Unfortunately, Zhang Rui, who has performed very well recently, played very badly in this game and finally lost to Chen Siyu.
After entering the main match, Zhang Rui successively defeated Portugal's Shao Jieni 3-1, Germany's Solja 3-1, and Li Haoqing in Hong Kong, China 3-1 to advance to the women's singles quarterfinals. Unfortunately, in the face of Chen Siyu, Zhang Rui did not perform well and finally lost the game.

Zhou Qihao defeated Portugal's Apollonia 3-1, Portugal's Freitas 3-1 and Germany's Francesca 3-1. The women's doubles semi-finals and men's doubles semi-finals have been played. In the women's doubles semifinals, Li Yuzhen / Zheng Yijing defeated Batra / Kamas 3-0, and Miyu Kihara / Miyu Nagasaki defeated Huang Yihua / Chen Siyu 3-0. Li Yuzhen / Zheng Yijing and Miyu Kihara / Miyu Nagasaki played in the women's doubles final.
In the men's doubles semifinals, Lin Yunru / Liao Zhenju won 3-0 against Ahn Jae-hyun / Cho Dae-shing, and Duda / Qiu Dang won 3-1 against Jonescu / Robles. Lin Yunru / Liao Zhenju and Du Da / Qiu Dang played in the men's doubles final.
