The exhibition brings together the works of 80 domestic painters and calligraphers such as Fan Zeng, Yang Zhiyin, Tong Wei, Xie Yun, Han Shuo, Zhang Gaiqin, etc., which on the one hand reflects the breadth and profundity of China's traditional excellent culture, and on the other hand, shows the world the openness and tolerance of China at present.

In the Contemporary Art Exhibition, most of the works use Silk Road elements and Dunhuang elements as the key objects of expression, and Qiu Xiaoqiu's "Silk Road Camel Bell", Gong Jianxin's "Spring of Pamir" and Yang Zhiyin's "Hu Yang Autumn Colors" all show the creators' understanding of Silk Road culture from different angles.

In addition, Fan Zeng's representative painting "Lao Tzu Out of the Customs", with powerful lines, depicts Lao Tzu riding on the back of an ox and a clumsy village boy. Lin Ximing's "Jiangnan Water Town", Hua Tuo's "Qilian Autumn Colors", Zhang Erbin's "Heavenly Road", etc., show China's colorful regional scenery.

At the same time, 25 calligraphy works were also unveiled in the exhibition hall, showing the beauty of Chinese characters.
