Tea Town is located at the intersection of Tea Horse Avenue and Gaojing Middle Road in Jinghe New Town, Xixian New District, 30 minutes by car from Xi'an City.
Similar to Yuanjia Village, tea town is the back garden where Xi'an people eat and drink. The difference is that the tea town has attached the Culture of Jingyang Tea, so it appears to be charming and elegant.
Jingyang is a treasure land, it is located in the hinterland of the "Eight Hundred Mile Qin River", north of the Jing River, so it is named "Jingyang". The "origin of the earth" is in Jingyang, the place is not large, but it is of great significance, you can go to see it together.
Located north of the Qinling Mountains, Jingyang does not grow tea, but Jingyang has an excellent geographical location - it is a must for southern tea to go north, which makes Jingyang a distribution center for "official tea" from the Han Dynasty.
What is official tea?
Official tea is tea that is produced and distributed by the government or sold after paying taxes to the government. Historically, "official tea" was strictly controlled by the government and used for "tea and horse mutual market".
After the official tea arrived in Jingyang, it was made into brick tea and sold along the Silk Road to all parts of the northwest.
Therefore, 600 years ago, on the Shaanxi-Gansu Tea Horse Ancient Road, tea was continuously transported from Jingyang to Biansai, "Tea Horse Mutual Market".
600 years later, the people of Xi'an have built a tea town here, welcoming tourists from all over the world with a smile.
I asked about it, Jingyang brick tea 100 yuan four pieces. The boss pointed out that we looked at the "golden flower" in the brick tea, saying that this is the same as Moutai wine, and it cannot be produced without Moutai Town. To make this kind of "golden flower", it is necessary to "three inseparable" ———— can not be made without Jingyang water, can not be controlled without Jingyang climate, and cannot be controlled without the technology of Jingyang people. Listening to the boss say this, I was in awe of the tea.
In fact, most Xi'an people come here to eat snacks. Poria Tea Town includes all the snacks in Shaanxi Province, with additional yogurt, tea wine, tea chicken and so on.
When I went, it was the second day of the Chinese New Year, and there was almost no parking space here. When you go inside, the crowds are surging and rubbing shoulders.
Xi'an people are good at this mouthful! This scene is really rare in the field.
