[Three Minute Rule of Health]
(1) Each brushing lasts for 3 minutes;
(2) Boil the water for another 3 minutes;
(3) Eat hot and drink cold every 3 minutes;
(4) Boiling water to make tea for 3 minutes;
(5) Press the inner corner of the eye after eye drops
3 minutes;
(6) Lie in bed for 3 minutes after waking up every day;
(7) Don't get angry for more than 3 minutes;
(8) Go to the toilet for no more than 3 minutes;
(9) Rest for 3 minutes between exercises.
(10) Abdominal breathing for 3 minutes a day.
