On February 3, the scope of rain and snow narrowed and the intensity weakened, with light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of Tibet, southern Jiangsu, southern Anhui, and eastern Hubei, and heavy snow in southwest Tibet; and moderate rain in Fujian and other places.
