There is light to moderate snow or sleet in northern Xinjiang, central and eastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, eastern Northwest China, central and eastern Inner Mongolia, most of North China, and most of Northeast China.
Among them, there is heavy snow and local blizzard in Beijing, Tianjin, north-central Hebei, northern Shanxi, the southern-central region of Inner Mongolia and the Ili River Valley in Xinjiang; the cumulative snowfall is 4 to 8 mm, and the local snowfall can reach 10 to 15 mm; the new snow depth is 5 to 10 cm, and the local snow depth can reach 12 to 16 cm.
There is sleet in the north-central part of Guizhou and western Hunan, and there is local freezing rain, and there is heavy snow in high-altitude mountainous areas; there is moderate to heavy rain in Jiangnan, southern China and southern Guizhou, and there is heavy rain (50 to 80 mm) in northern Guangxi and other places.
Meteorological experts remind that since February, the southern region has continued to be low temperature, rain and sunshine, the body feels wet and cold, and in mid-February, there will be more snow in the northern region, and the temperature will continue to decline.
