Since user disks are often used in harsh environments prone to natural disasters, the document informs users that the Starlink Endpoint warranty does not cover damage caused by conditions beyond SpaceX's control, such as lightning strikes and floods. The list also adds that any damage caused by "dinosaurs" is also not covered by the warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage due to:
Lightning, surges, fires, floods, hail, storms, earthquakes, meteors, solar storms, dinosaurs or other forces of nature.
In addition, SpaceX informs users that any disputes that may arise from the use of Starlink during the journey to Mars will not be governed by the laws of Earth.
